HOUSING
Through the Conference
Each church that
chooses the free housing option provided by the conference will
receive the location of the church where they will be staying at
registration as well as the directions to the church. Persons
staying in local churches will be assigned as much as possible with
other churches from their district. Those riding on district buses
will be staying together at the same church.
There are no showers available on Saturday
night or Sunday morning. Please bring a sleeping bag and air
mattress (optional). It will help with
space if the air mattresses are single
ones or if larger that two people will share the air mattress.
ON YOUR OWN
For those who wish to make their own arrangements in a hotel,
University Plaza, which is across the street from the Expo Center,
is giving a special rate, $84 per room. To be sure of the discount,
it is important to make arrangements by December 24, 2007.
