Join us for a spiritual retreat as we focus on 7 in depth topics. 

Sessions-
1.   Lighting the Darkness- This first session will remind students that sin is repulsive and the battle against the sin nature is a daily struggle.  They will be challenged to run from the sin nature inside of them and run to God instead.  Your group will gain a deep understanding of repentance and forgiveness.

2.   Who are you?  The world has had a huge influence on how this generation sees themselves and the filters they see themselves through.  God wants to break through all of the inward-focused things that keep your young people from loving themselves and also loving others.  Satan's lies are exposed and decisions are made to see self-worth through God's eyes.

3.   The things you couldn't say no to- Addiction stereotypically has been categorized as drug or alcohol abuse.  The truth is, addictive sin can take many forms, and your young people are not immune to them.  In this lesson, your teens will learn to draw on the overcoming promises of God's Word as a powerful tool in combating repetitive sin.  They will be challenged to commit to a month-long cleansing in their lives.

4.   Your inner circle- The focus of this session is on friends and family.  Having and being friends that push each other closer to God is a must, and your youth group is the perfect place to start (accountability partners are introduced in this chapter).  Family hurts are also addressed, and forgiveness is taken to a new level during the ministry time.

5.   Insignificant others- This is a strong session with an in-your-face discussion about how warped dating and "falling in love" are in society.  Your teens will be challenged to give up dating for a year to focus on their relationship with God.  Soul ties will be addressed, and ministry time will include a gender-separated time where sin and forgiveness are dealt with yet again as your young people get rid of things that are holding them back.

6.   All dressed up and nowhere to go- This session is a defining moment for your teens.  It challenges them to discover who they are and why they've been created.  Every day that they do not live a purpose-filled life they are letting Satan steal from them.  Your young people will be challenged to evaluate their lives and thing about how they can help rescue a lost generation.

7. Marching Orders- It's time for your young people to commit to live a radical, passionate lifestyle.  What have they learned so far?  How will their lives be different after this event?  It all comes down to a simple question: Do they see themselves as a member of the crowd or as a disciple?
