Intercessory prayer

Babysat children for working parents

Made Thanksgiving baskets for the needy

Engaged in card ministry for all occasions; especially sent cards to sick and shut-in

Ushered at funeral of a friend's father

Worked with a project to "bulid bridges" between suburbia and urban youth

Worked to be a better asker of questions to help the introverted

Reached out to those who irritate me

Willingluy asked forgiveness of those I have wronged and forgave those who have wronged me

Visited and worked with less privileged

Assisted a newcomer to the USA to get settled

Shared personal possessions with those in need

Regularly visited my grandmother in a nursing home

Expressed appreciation for others: tried to treat the with respect and dignity

Told people I love that I love them in extra special ways

Helped people out who were not being treated fairly

Visited mentally ill in hospital and prayed with them

Tried to listen to people when I was angry

Interpreted unkind comments as a call for attention or affection

Have become aware of how much my parents did for me
