Laplata UMY

Laplata United Methodist Youth Group exists to glorify God, reach out to others in need, extend our ministry to others and to unite with other christians to continue our development as disciples of Jesus.

Summer Events

• Six Flags - June 30th - Cost is $26.00 (send check made payable to Julie Robbins by June 25th if you would like to go) We will be meeting at the church at 9 a.m. and will return by 10 p.m.
• Hemlock Overlook - July 19th - Please call Julie by June 12th if you would like to sign up. The cost is $20 and checks should be made payable to UMY. We will meet at the church at 8:00 a.m. and will return by 4:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided. Wear comfortable outdoor clothes and sneaker. Bring water. We will be doing the Team Development Course which includes the Zip Line.
• SOMD Blue Crabs - August 20th - We are going to see a blue crabs game. The game will start at 7:05 p.m. You will need to be dropped off at the stadium. We will be getting lawn seats. More details to follow.
