New Sound Choir

New Sound is a youth choir for anyone 7th through 12th grade.  The choir meets Wednesday evenings from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in Corson Hall from September to June.  Their ministry includes:

• Singing in the 11:00 a.m. Worship Service every 2nd & 4th Sundays.  They also sing on Christmas eve at the 7:00 p.m. Service.
• Dunamis - an auditioned group of 16 singers that sing on special occasions.
• Bell Choir - rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and plays at concerts and in Worship.
• Concerts
  • Christmas - held the third Sunday of December at 7:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary
  • Tour Home Concert - held the third Sunday of June at 7:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary.
• Tour
  • Each year the choir travels with their message of Good News in song.  Recent tours have included Colorado, Florida, Kentucky/Tennessee and California.
• New Sound Choir is Directed by Music Director Wayne Richmond.
