If there is an abusive user in a chat room, please send an e-mail to the support staff first. If a UMYF.net staff member does not appear in the room within 10 minutes of sending your e-mail, please contact the Network Operations Center at 727-499-0559. If needed, please leave a message and the issue will be resolved shortly after it is received. Please keep in mind that most abusive users once ignored will log out by themselves. |
